A: Hora Gifts is a corporate gifting brand established in 1998. We are manufacturers, importers and exporters of corporate gifts, promotional gifts and stationery products, serving over 5,000 B2B customers from our gifting showroom in Mumbai.

A: Our range includes stainless steel, aluminium and plastic water bottles, hot & cold flasks, mugs and kettles, diaries and memo pads, gift sets, travel bags and pouches, conference folders, metal and plastic pens, keychains, crystal trophies and awards, business card holders, USB pen drives, mobile accessories, desktop calendars and photo frames. Q: Do you sell to individuals or only to businesses?
A: We are a B2B supplier and work primarily with companies, resellers, event agencies and institutions ordering in bulk.
Pricing & Ordering
Q: Is there a minimum order quantity?
A: Yes. Most items are supplied in master carton quantities, which are listed on each product page under Master Carton. Please contact us if you need a quantity different from the standard pack.
Q: How do I get a quotation?
A: Use the Inquiry form, the Product Request Form, our live chat or WhatsApp, or simply call or email us with the model number, quantity and branding you need. We will respond with a quote.
Q: Can I see the product before ordering?
A: You are welcome to visit our showroom in Mumbai to view samples. Sample despatch may also be possible on request — please contact our sales team.
Q: Can I cancel or change my order?
A: Orders cannot be cancelled once they are placed. If your order needs any change, contact us immediately and we will do our best to help before production or dispatch begins.
Logo Printing & Customisation
Q: Can I get my company logo on the products?
A: Yes. Most of our products can be personalised — the product page shows "Customized: Yes, Logo Branding" where this is available. Depending on the material we offer laser engraving, digital printing, screen printing and pad printing.
Q: How long does branding take?
A: Branding time depends on the product, quantity and print method. Our team will confirm the timeline with your quotation.
Payment
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: Payment details are confirmed with your order or quotation. Goods are dispatched after payment is received.
Shipping & Delivery
Q: How soon will my order be dispatched?
A: Orders are dispatched within 1 to 3 business days of being placed.
Q: How long does delivery take?
A: Orders are delivered within 3 to 8 working days of payment being received. Goods are sent on a to-pay basis, or you may arrange your own courier or cargo agent to collect from us.
Q: Can I track my shipment?
A: Yes. Tracking details are shared with you as soon as the order is shipped.
Q: Do you ship outside India?
A: Yes, we ship bulk quantity orders internationally. Please contact us with your requirement and destination for a shipping quote.
Returns & Damages
Q: What if my order arrives damaged?
A: We do not provide refunds or exchanges for damage occurring in transit. Please inspect your consignment on delivery and report any issue to us at once by email or phone so we can assist you with the carrier.
